What about the event logs on the servers? They are the machines running
the browser service (I hope).
I suggest you run the browstat utility (from the support tools on the
server CD) and see what your browser service is doing. The output is a bit
confusing if you haven't used it before, but it does tell you what is going
on. This should give you an indication of where the problem is. You
certainly should be able to see a browse list from either server. One server
should be the master browser and the other a backup browser.
