Does NTBACKUP return any exit code telling us if a backup is successful?
Besides exit code, will there be any way to check if an ntbackup fails?

Thanks in advance!

Checking the log file is currently what I do. However there are too many
servers and many log files to be check everyday. What I am planning to do is
to write a VBScript to call NTBackup and the script will send me a message
telling me if the backups are successful or not.

Perhaps this will help then...
