Exchange 5.5 LDAP Issue !!! need help urgent!

Hi Folks,

i'm in start of migration and i have a problem with Exchange 5.5 LDAP.
the server is listening to LDAP and i tried to open a LDAP connection to the
Exchange but i get
Invalid cerdentails.

if i take the Ldap Interface to maximum debug i see this error in the Event
Viewer
