how to excess shared win2000 folder of ntfs partition from win98 system on LAN

I have two machine having win200 with ntfs partition and
win98 with fat partition on same LAN.I am not able to
excess the shared folder of win2000(ntfs partition)machine
from win98 system. Is there any method to excess the
folder from win98 system?

NTFS vs Fat is irrelevent in windows networking.

Create a user account on both computers with identical username/password.
Log onto the win98 computer using that username/password. Make sure you
have shared something on both computers.
