I'm running on windows Me and everytime i use the internet
over a wired network i get that annoying error message"an
exception OE has occured at 0028:C0012D2C in VxD in VxD---
this was called from 0028:001D010 in VxD---. It may be
possible to continue-hit any key...blahblah." Although
not a critical error or anything and i can almost always
hit a key and it will continue, but it is very annoying.

Any suggestions are apreciated.

I have ME and I get the very same thing. Please let me
know if you ever fnd a cure. I had a technician tell me
that it was due to the low memory. 0028:...is an address
linking to the RAM or memory. I was told to upgrade to
512mb from my 256mb. Could possibly be the RAM
overheating. Do yu have a samsung 256 non ec rambus stick?
By the way, If I buy, I found a good price at upgrade
nation.com
Let me know if you have any luck. I agree, it is a very
annoying error.

Hello;
Can you give us further details about your network set up.
I do not know what a "wired network" is. Please explain.
