My Event logging in Domain Controller DC1 and DC2 recorded the following error

Event ID : 8003, MRxSmb error
The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer
PCXXX that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport
NetBT_Tcpip_{C16BBF5F-96E5-406E-912. The master browser is stopping or an
election is being forced.

When this happens, some computers are not able to browse the network
neighbourhood from Windows Explorer
Any idea?

Thansk in advance

This is usually a symptom of a master browser failure. Are either of
your servers multihomed or enabled as remote access servers?

There are a few different causes for this error but you'll need
to give more details. As Bill suggested, when the subnet master
browser cannot be contacted, the computers will force an election
in an attempt to become the subnet master browser.

Another cause for this error is having a router on your network
forwarding UDP packets, Cisco calls this IP helper. This causes
machines to register with a remote SMB instead of the local browse
master.

At least one more cause I know if is having an incorrect subnet mask
but AFAIK that was NT 4.0 days..
