Event ID 8003

I'm getting Event ID 2003 error on my Widnows 2003 server:

The articles i've found say to:
"change the TCP/IP protocol configuration to the correct subnet mask"

How?? Can anyone help please?

First I would open a dos prompt on the problem server and run
ipconfig /all to get your subnet mask. If it is indeed incorrect you'll
need to open the tcp/ip properties by going to control panel /
Network connections. Open the properties of the active adapter
(the default is Local Area Connection but you could have multiple
adapters in your particular machine). Scroll down to tcp/ip properties
and click on the properties.
