Event ID 5719 on Member Server

Can someone please help!

I have a Windows Server 2003 w/SP1 with ISA Server 2006 installed.

Every morning the first one or two users who try to access the internet
through our ISA Server, they receive a prompt for credentials. For some
reason when they hit cancel on that window; everyone else can establish a
connection successfully to the web.

I believe ISA closes all RPC connections till someone triggers the third
party application on the server to establish communications for everyone.
Then an error shows up in the System Log NetLogon 5719 Server could not
establish a secure session with a domain controller in the such and such
domain...

Can someone please help me with this, I have posted several times; but no
one seems to wanna help!

This did not help on solving the problem.

By looking at my logs, it happens for three consecutive times everyday in 4
hour incrimments...

Can you please tell me if you have any other ideas why this may be happening?
