Check the system time on that computer to make sure it is correct for
time/day/month/year/time zone/AM&PM. You are trying to open a signed file
and there is a problem in that possibly the trusted root CA certificate that
singed the certificate that signed that file appears to be expired to your
operating system or maybe is expired. If you continue to have problems try
posting in the Microsoft.public.security.crypto newsgroup for additional
