Event Id 1053 Dhcp Problem

Hi
I have windows 2003 SBS Italian version, configured to use Dhcp service.
Suddenly i find dhcp service stopped and a warning message with id 1053
about the presence of another dhcp server on my lan with ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
i'm able to start dhcp service but now when i open dhcp consolle it was
stopped and can't start. I tried to start dhcp consolle but after a little
of time own service stopped.
Everyone has idea?
P.S. Setting manual Ip the client work fine. But the problem is that are
over 50 clients

Shut down the other DHCP Service. Cable/DSL NAT Devices are a common source
of that.

I scan all my network but i din't find other Dhcp server, i disable internet
connection but problem is same.

I heard there was a small utility that would find and list any DHCP Servers
it found. but I don't remember what it was called. Maybe soneone else around
here will know.

Disable your DHCP server,
then on a WinXP or 2000 machine, do an ipconfig /release, then an ipconfig
/renew, if you get an ip address, there's another DHCP server, and an
ipconfig /all will show you it's ip address.
