Event ID:1000 - Userenv - Return value (10104).

I have a single domain controller. When I try to open AD Users & Computers I
get the following error: Naming information cannot be located because: the
procedure call table is invalid. DNS records are okay so I don't believe
it's a DNS error.

In the App Log an error is posted every 5 minutes.
