My company is using Windows Server 2003 and an error of System event was
found. The event is loged every 15 minutes.

Description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM serer application with CLSID (BA....)
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVER SID (S-1-5-20). This security
permission can be modified using the Componet Services administrative tool.
Pls, can anybody tell me what's this error and how to fix it.
