Event 1046 Authorizing DHCP Servers

I have two recently built DCs in a child domain that I'm unable to
authorize for DHCP. When I authorize them in DHCP admin, the icon
never changes to a green arrow, but I can then right-click again on the
server I can "Unauthorize" it. I am logged into the machine as the
Enterprise Admin. After authorization, the servers are listed in the
Configuration NC under Services \ Net Services, but they do not issue
addresses and I'm getting the following error in the System Log when
the DHCP Server service starts:

Source: DhcpServer
Category: None
Event ID: 1046

Description: The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine, belonging to
the Windows Administrative domain {domain name}, has determined that it
is not authorized to start. It has stopped servicing clients. The
following are some possible reasons for this...etc.

I've been able to authorize two other DHCP servers in another child
domain without a problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Roy

Never mind, it was an AD replication issue. The DHCP servers showed up
as authorized on the forest root DCs Configuration NC, but the NC
hadn't replicated yet to the child DCs. Once I forced replication of
the Configuration NC to the child DCs, it worked.
