Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network.
Return value (59). Does anyone know where this is bewing generated ? Or what
is generation this error ?

any firewall or router between your station and DC ?
Does your station use DC as DNS ?

This is a dc. PDC in fact. There are 8 DC on a wan. The rest of them are all
fine. Replacation is working fine. It is pointed at it's self for dns as well
as al the other DC are also pointed at this dns.

No other error like netlogon not started ?
Did you change sysvol from default location ?

can you issue:
netdiag
dcdiag
netdom query fsmo

thnaks.

What is 'FTSserver.nlsco.com' ?
Since it's a multihomed server, be sure the lan card is the first (advanced
tab in network panel).
Check DNS so this server doesn't register in dns the public ip.
Also uncheck "register this connection's addresses in DNS for the wan
network card.
DC with direct wan access...sounds much bad !

The lan card is first in bindings
the wan card is set to not register dns
This is one of 8 servers set up as a site to site vpn. It is also the local
DC for that site. It is not registaring errors in it's eventlog. Only the one
below is
