European Broadband

Chaps, can anyone answer a quick question for me?

Is ADSL common in Europe, or is most broadband cable? I'm specifically
interested in Denmark, Germany, France and Italy.

A lot of ADSL in France, fibre into home in many places in Germany.

Think it's more ADSL than cable in Italy. Not sure of many (if any)
places that have cable in Italy
