Ethernet Adaptor plug basic question

Hi

I hope this is the correct forum for my question --

I would be grateful if someone please advise me as to whether a standard
ethernet cable can plug into a Xircom CreditCard Ethernet Adaptor Dongle(p/n
170-0380-003E) for Broadband use?

microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web newsgroup or do a search on Google
for the specific hardware you want to use to find the specs.
