ESSID question....

What would happen if 2 or more AP's located near enough to each other to
have overlap were using the same ESSID? Would they screw each other up?

They should each be on completely different channels that don't
overlap, meaning 1,6, or 11.

I doubt it. If they are connected to the same network it wouldn't be a bad
thing at all. A different channel for each i would sugest but i know a few
people who overlap on the same channel to make things simple.
