errors ID event 9099,1058,1030 every 5 minutes

goodmorning to all,

I am just registered here cause I need a big help with some problem
with my server 2003. I ask you kindly help for to find a solution with
errors that I have EVERY 5 minutes in my event system log .... this is
the sequence:

i open Event system --> Applications --> ID error 9099 --> ID error
1058 --> ID error 1030

I have looked a lot in internet and i found that:

I observed again the system events and i found these more informations
and solutions http://support.microsoft.com/kb/895149/ for the error
7023 that i have regulary... it looks linked with the service "Client
DHCP" ... I followed the explanation and i tried to do the point 4
microsoft, using regedit and setting the complete control on Network
Service account.
THe second method, i dont understand what i have to do, cause i am not
expert ...
however, i cant resolve the problem also in this way. Infact, if i open
Services and i try to start the service "Client DHCP", it says always "
impossible to start the service Client DHCP on the local computer.
Error 5: access denied"



I hope that somebody will can help me ... thank you very much ....


windows server 2003 rc2 ; exchange server 2003 Standard edition sp2
HP ProLiant ML350, 1Gb ram, 1 single processor Xeon 3ghz
