errors at bootup

at boot up i get the following messages on black screen;

THEY ALL HAVE c:\ INSTEAD OF a:\

A:\>ndisban
Bad command or file name

A:\>redirall
Bad command or file name

A:\>rem - By Windows 98 Network - C:\WINDOWS\net start

A:\>arswait
Bad command or file name

A:\>z:login
Invalid drive specification

A:\>
A:\>SET PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;C:\PROGRA~1
\ATITEC~1\ATICON~1;C:\PROG
RA~1\ATITEC~1\ATICON~1

A:\>
A:\>all these boxes have a check mark in them (normal
start)
Bad command or file name

A:\>

does any of these have anything to do with dailing aol for
access numbers?
are there anyway to fix the errors?

Examine the file c:\autoexec.bat. It is probably full
of rubbish.

I can't tell unless you post the contents of c:\autoexec.bat!
