"ERROR_PPP_NO_PROTOCOLS_CONFIGURED" (Error 720)

I use the "Virtual Private Network connection" on Windows XP to build the VPN
connection to the server.

The connection cannot be established and gets the error message "A
connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to
change the network settings for this connection", which corresponds to the
error code "ERROR_PPP_NO_PROTOCOLS_CONFIGURED" (Error 720).

Anyboday can help? Thanks a lot.
