error With SMTP Connections to Server 13 Permission

Hello All
please Help me I have postfix Server with
(RedHat Enterprise Server v5 - Domain = unix.internal , DNS Server ,
Maildir , Courier IMAP, Courier IMAPAUTH )

- I configure SMTP Auth with Sasl2
- POP3 with 110 , 995 Port
- IMAP without Encrypt

all of them it's work with mutt from Linux and Outlook windows or any
mail client

and I won't to install Squirremail and used Web Pages for Email

download Squirremail 1-4-17 and extract it inside /var/www/html/mail/

chown /var/www/html/mail for apache:users

mkdir dir /var/squirremail
|-----Data
|-----Attachments

chown data, Attachments for Apache:users
chmod 730 for Attachments folder

and configure the squirremail from /var/www/html/mail/src/config/
conf.pl

for standard configuration and make config.php file after i make this
file I try

http://server-name or IP /mail/src/configtest.php

and NO any log it's regster inside /var/log/maillog

Check your apache.log, or look for debug options in config.php.
Check your users in sasldb either.
