Error running Comanche

I'm trying to configure Comanche3-0b4, but get the error message -

/apmanager/configurations/1/apache.conf: wrong # args: should be "set
varName ?newValue?"

I get the message after trying to tell Comanche where my Apache folders
are. I installed Apache from source (running 2.0.47) under Redhat 7.3.

Any help would be appreciated.
