Error opening socket: 10053

Hi I have a new computer that I just installed W2K3
server. I am seting up a WhatsUp Gold server to monitor
my network and would like this program to email me
whenever there is a problem.

Right now I can ping my mail server and I can telnet via
port 110. But when I try to telnet to port 25 I can not.
I use the port query software from MS and it tells me the
following:

Starting portqry.exe -n 192.168.2.35 -e 25 -p TCP ...


Querying target system called:

192.168.2.35

Attempting to resolve IP address to a name...


IP address resolved to email.perrycap.com

querying...

Error opening socket: 10053


A Winsock error has been encountered.
portqry.exe -n 192.168.2.35 -e 25 -p TCP exits with return
code 0x00000063.

Any help will be appreciated.
