Error on network card

I am seeing the following errors in my logs. From what I can tell the
underuns correlate to a backup that was being run (Files copied from
server via samba). There was a reboot at 20:25:42 because the system
locked up and this is the only thing I could find that might explain
the lockup.
Any ideas on what it means?
How to fix it?

Thanks for the info.
He mentions a few errors, but we were getting 100's a minute.
I replaced the NIC card and the error appears to have gone away.
