error message-Install Shield(iKernel.exe)could not be installed

When attempting to install software for wireless desktop
network card I receive a message "iKernal.exe could not be
copied to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Install
Shield\Engine\6\Intel 32"
Make sure that you have the appropriate privilegesto copy
files to this folder (0x5)
Can anyone please help.
