Error message during CD installation for Linksys wireless router

Hi everybody,

Getting error message when trying to run CD for Linksys Wireless Router
WRT54GS
The error message is following: "An unhandled win32 exception occured in
SetupWizard.exe [3516]" and then it asks meif i want debugging .
Do you have any idea what's the problem.
