i've just installed broadband on my computer and got the error 721 saying
the remote computer is not responding. i phoned a bt broadband guy who said
it was a common XP bug and got me to do some steps however didn't work. they
apparently will "call me back within 48hours" yeaaaaaah right...so does
anyone know what i can do meanwhile? i did exactly as instructed and they say
on the other end that the connection is ready. have installed all xp updates
etc, and do virus.adware etc scans all the time.
