Error logs after Win2k3 gets loadet

Hello everybody

I have a server which i recetly upgradet to win2k3 Enterprice Edition. After
upgrade it seems that the server has trouble to synchronize the time with PDC
emulator. and I'm also getting one notification message for SQL. All these
erros which are steated below do pop-up only when I reboot the server, after
that they don't.

It seems that the time synchronization con't be istablished only during
startup since after a 15min perioud when it tries agein it sucess.

My fist thout was that the network drivers are not loadet properly ore the
services get loadet before the NIC loads so i reinstall those drivers, but
the same problem again I did the same with my HP team utillity. For now I'm
using dual fiber NIC which are teamed with HP Network Team Utility v8.0.

Please have i look at the logs which I'm getting at the Event Viewer:

the secure session to the primary domain controller emulator in the specified

controller in the specified domain.
