Hello, whenever I check the log i always seem to have
many of these errors:

What are these caused by, and how do I fix the problem?

There's nothing to "fix" in this situation. That's the base station/router
doing the job of blocking external attempts to enter your home network.
There are a lot of bad people on the Internet, and you're affectively
preventing them from entering your computers. Here's information on the log
entries:

I beleave you are incorrect as the ip address
24.116.147.41 is my Wide Area Network's Default Gateway
IP. And it has been happening sense i got the router,
which was like a year ago.

Then it is your Internet Service Provider probably checking to see if the
connection is active. You should ask them. Whatever it is, the router is
doing the job by blocking them from accessing your systems.
