Error loading Compaq Driver

I have a Compaq Presario 5030 running W98. Whenever I
install a Compaq NC3123 NIC card, I get the following
error on rebot,

"PXE-E00: Could not find enough free base memory"

Any suggestions?

Try this download driver from COMPAQ /HP web site.

Win98 from Microsoft may not contain the correct drivers or any drivers.
I hope this helps..

As with all downloads please run the virus scanner once you have it saved to
your local disk.
