Error installing MSBNDownload.exe

I have an MN-500 and have tried several times to install
this upgrade to the application software. I do not
receive a specific error message and the topics within
the Help application have not worked.

Firewall and antivirus were disabled. I've cycled the MN-
500 as well.

Thoughts? Thanks,
