I am trying to install a D-Link (nic) and when i try to
install the drivers it gives me this code

It means that the network card either hasn't installed properly or is dead.
If the former, try deleting from device manager, make sure you have latest
driver and then reistall or if you know how, try installing manually. If
the latter, get another NIC.
