There is no "Microsoft ME 2000" - there is Windows Millennium Edition and
there is Windows 2000. Pick one.
In either case the most likely candidate is a spyware or adware program
that's installed onto your system. Get a copy of AdAware from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com, install it, update it, run it and let it clean
everything it finds off your system. Then restart and run it again. Keep
repeating until the system is clean.
