Error 799 Internet sharing cannot be enabled

The host needs to be configured to use 192.xxx etc. How do I setup the
number ??

Also how do I login to the main pc (host) via the laptop ?? (wireless
connection)
I've setup a WAN miniport connection on the laptoip. Is this right one to
use ?

I thought the ICS wizard did all that for you, what operating system
version are you using ? In windows XP there is a "set up a home
network" icon on the View Connections page.

Google search for one of the many good home networking sites.

You can set the IP address of the network card manually from the
Network properties tab - select TCP/IP and you can input the address.
