error : 602

Hi, we have installed PPPoATM intermediate driver over
over our DSL modem(winME). dial up adapter is connecting
first time and error 602 is happening once u disconnect
and try to connect.again i have to restart the PC to make
the dial up connection up. again it gives error if u
disconnect and connect again..how i can avoid this
problem?
