Problem: I have an Me system on a peer-to-peer net. I can
not browse the net or use Net View commands. I do have
TCP/IP functionality. I can ping the systems on my net and
I can get out to the internet for web browsing. When I try
using the NET VIEW commans I get the following error;
"ERROR 3545: You can not start or stop the network from
within an MS-DOS window."
I have the system set up for Client for Microsoft Network
login. Althoug it does have Microsoft Family Logon
installed also. This is the only Me system on the network.
Others are XP an 98. I have disabled Browsemaster on both
the Me and 98 system. I think the key thing is that I can
not even run a NET VIEW against my own computer.
HELP!!!!
Steve.
