?: "error: 32 renewing adapter"

Looking for help on an error I keep running into. I am
getting proper signal on a Dlink wireless card, but when I
open a browser, it times out.

I checked winipcfg, but when I tried to 'Release All' I
get "already released". When I try to 'Renew All' my
laptop craps out to "error: 32 renewing adapter" and that
is all she wrote.

Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
