Error 00004e4f.osc: Unable to create or modify computer account

Hi all,

While imaging a PC using RIS, we input the username and
password of the domain administrator but we get this
message:

00004e4f.osc: Currently logged-in user does not have the
appropriate rights to create or modify a computer account
in Active Directory.

Does anybody know what this is about or how can we remedy
it?
