ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)

Using RH 7.2 this is the result of 'smbclient -L "Win2k Box" '
from Server THINKPAD.
The error " ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess..." seems to be a problem
from the Windows 2000 Box. Where do I begin to fix it?
I can ping the XP box ("Rhani") and the Win2k Box ("Guoda")
but can't 'mount -t smbfs' any of the shared drives on either machine.
