Haven't used internet at home for a day or two so I can't comment on
the conectivity via adsl.

However, today I can't access my email, my server at home, or the zen
website at all. I can't even resolve the domain. Another developer at
work cannot connect in on zen, so it's not just me...

I suppose there's a possibility it's the setup here or at our (work)
ISP....

I've been with zen for years with maybe a few minutes once of no
connectivity, this is totally unprecedented, anyone know anything ??

Cheers,
Alex

I know that Zen is fully operational from a number of our sites.

Er, as I'm not directly affected right now, it would seem
counterproductive to phone them when potentially thousands of other
people are doing the same, not to mention potentially frustrating.
Their phone support is good, but I'm sure it has it's limits.

Why are you a twat?

If you can read this then at least one Zen ADSL account is up and
running!

Thanks.

It has in fact come back to life in the last minute. Thanks all.

I think they use Telewest here, and I'm generally inclined to blame
them ;o)

Cheers,
Alex

I've been using my Zen connection all morning without a hitch - I've
been using interactive stuff like SSH and VoIP too...

Not the kind of twat who's first port of call when his connection drops
is Google. Not the kind of twat who's too thick to check the zen
support site.
Have you phoned Daddy yet?

Sigh...

Why can't some people post without resorting to foul language..? Don't
they realise it immediately destroys any credibility they ever had and
renders the person they are swearing at right..?
