I believe a Cisco 7200 series router would do what you require. The
trick is able to handle 10 or more T1s. Have you thought about changing
to something else? Like Metro Ethernet, DS3 and the like? You could get
a less expensive router then and still do quite a bit. Might check into
price quotes on new WAN links and do a circuit/hardware price comparison.
