Hi,

I am a student and would like to know how and what I need to catch
my campus's wireless signal in order to use this as 'the' Internet
connection for my two PCs at home.

I am not going to be downloading huge files on this connection, but
just expect it to provide an 'always on' connection for my IM Apps and
email, as well as enough speed to download the occasional
multi-megabyte sized file.

Would I need some wireless antenna/bridge configuration? If so, how
to set it up as cost-effectively as possible?

* I stay pretty close to campus.
* I do not have line-of-sight to a CMU building
* I can receive a weak/fair CMU signal from outside my house, but not
inside.
* I would prefer some equipment that is strong enough to catch the
signal even from within the building (is this possible?)

Thank you.
