I have 2 computers networked together via a 100tbase cable, (no router). The
Host is WinXP laptop and the Client is Win98SE Desktop. When I switch on the
Win98SE it ask me to enter the network password and already gives me a
username. My 2 questions are where did the username come from and also can I
stop this dialog box from appearing. (The username is the one I use for
e-mail, is this a clue to it's origin, as I don't remember logging it when I
set up the network).
