engineer install to wires only

Hi

Does anyone have any information when (or if) BT will reduce the
charges to migrate from engineer installed adsl (USB500) to a faster
wires only service.

Currently the ISP has to charge me £35 twice. Once to convert from
USB500 to wires only BTIPstream 500 then again to convert to
BTIpstream 1000.

I think one charge is fair but not two.

The charges BT charge the ISP are at the bottom of

These charges were only made "official" on the 20th November (today!) so
don't expect a price cut any time soon.
