Hi all,

I just got this adaptor off of ebay. It came with a driver cd included,
but if there is any reference to Encore's web site in the documentation,
I can't find it. just wondering if anyone knows where to get the driver
set for this adaptor online in case I lose the disk?

The driver info from device manager as very generic and is as follows:

Wireless IEEE 802.11g USB Adapter #2
Driver Provider: WirelessLAN
Driver Date: 4/24/2004
Driver Version: 1.130.424.2004

Thanks,

--Al

Often, the most telling information is the FCC ID.

Sometimes putting the FCC ID in a Google search reveals lots of "vendor"
sites with the same FCC ID for a card that they rebrand and sell.

On the other hand, Encore Wireless in a Google search yields
http://www.encore-usa.com/product.php?id=95
