Enabling strict multihoming(Strong ES model) on Linux

Can someone let me know how to enable strict multihoming
on Linux. I understand that HPUX has an ndd tunable
'ip_strong_es_model' and solaris has 'ip_strict_dst_multihoming'
How do I achieve the same on Linux?
