Enable RAW socket for normal user

Hello,

I have an application that uses RAW_SOCKET for communiucating with
network devices.
When I am admin, everything works well.
As normal user its not working.

Can I enable the RAW_SOCKET support for a normal user somewhere?

No, but you can run it in admin context ( run as ( admin ) option )
