How to enable NetBIOS Name Service (TCP port 137) ?

I run the MOM Pre-requisit checker from my MOM agent computer against MOM
Management server and it keeps complaining that "NetBIOS Name Service" is
not an accessible server.

I noticed that even in the "internal" network, I do a telnet from an already
installed MOM agent machine to <MOMServer> 137 and it is not successful.

I do have File & Print Sharing and the TCP/IP properties for the respective
network adapter on the MOM Server is enabled for NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

How can I enable such NetBIOS Name Service on a server ?

NetBIOS Name Service probably refers to WINS. You shouldn't need this in a
native mode domain. Perhaps a DNS suffix issue:
