Does somebody know how to get blank username at the login, don't
dispaly the last, so users can't see who was the last and have to type
their own?

I found this, but it doesn't work:

HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Winlogon

String value DontDisplayLastUserName Set to 1 to clear the last
user name at logon.

Tweakui just makes that registry change he mentioned which apparently
doesn't work on his machine.

I've already tried using Tweak and I've checked that the only thing it
changes in the registry is just that key.
It works in a stand alone pc, so the key is correct, but doen't work
over a win98 network. Settings for password are the same in all
machine.
Well, I don't if is important but the stand alone pc is win98 english
version, machine in the network are in polish language.
Other suggestion, please?

I've already tried using Tweak and I've checked that the only thing it
changes in the registry is just that key.
Probably Tweakui makes something else, but
system.dat,user.dat,system.ini,win.ini are the same after
checkin/uncheking the option to don't diplay username at login in
Tweakui. I'd like to avoid installation of Tweakui on each pc.
It works in a stand alone pc, so the key is correct, but doen't work
over a win98 network. Settings for password are the same in all
