email monitoring

Hallo

I'd like to do the monitoring and backup the email traffic of my clients but, I don't
wanna install an e-mail and a dns static server. Is it possible to it?

I run a hosting company and can do this service cheaply for you. A couple
of questions:

1. How many email accounts?
2. Where are the email accounts located now?
3. Is there a website associated with the email domain?
